North Coast Red Seal Ale
A bottle of Red Seal Ale from North Coast Brewing Company in Fort Bragg, California, at Olympen in Oslo.
This amber colored pale ale had a big malty aroma with spicy hops, almost honeyish, but the body felt thinner than expected. The taste was mild but it had nice hops undertones and a light malt sweetness. Enjoyable.
At just 5,6% abv it's also a reasonably good drinking beer.
