Chimay Grande Réserve
A bottle of Chimay Bleue Grande Réserve 2001 from Belgian Trappist brewery Chimay.
I had picked up this bottle in the US in 2001 and I may not have stored it properly for all these years because it had a slight corky smell (it's corked in the Champagne style). But the taste was still pretty good though a bit thin in my view, so it was certainly "over the top".
