Kelpie Seaweed Ale
Kelpie Seaweed Ale is a very mild 4,4% abv ale from Scottish brewery Williams Brothers aka Heather Ales.
Despite the low alcohol content it had a rich aroma of roasted malt and a very nice, creamy mouthfeel. Taste of chocolate, a little smoked malt and coffee. Not far from a milk stout, actually, both in strength and taste.
Never saw any seaweed so the name was definitively more scary than its contents :-)
