1941 Labor Day Parade

"Late in 1941, proud US Marines were and importand part of a Labor Day Parade in Sitka, as were Natvie members of the Alaska Territorial Guard. Sitka's historic St. Michael's Russian Orthodox Church provides a magnificent backdrop for the scene."
