Patsy Clark’s was once the most exclusive restaurant in Spokane, and probably the most expensive. I ate dinner there four times. Once for a company Christmas party, once when a client wanted to bribe me into carrying their product at the the now-defunct Egghead Software stores, once for a date, and once for my honeymoon dinner.
I was too poor, really, to eat at such places. Luckily, I only had to pay two of the times.
