Venison stew
Came out pretty well. The canned venison is from the in-law's neighbors in VA, and the canned corn is from the in-law's while we were living there. Otherwise, it's a pretty typical stew (potatoes, onions, mushrooms, carrots, mustard, thyme, bay...). Decided not to use beer, but the added sweetness could be good.
