Home made bread
We’ve got in December an bread maker machine because it made sense, we usually like wholemeal or multigrain bread, but the bakery that makes decent ones near us where making them sporadically we also are non constant bread eaters that means some times when we want some we don’t have but most of the time we just throw away a lot.
Anyway I have been experimenting with recipes and until now this one seems to satisfy each of us. The recipe is quite simple: 305 ml milk, 1,5 tablespoons sunflower / olive oil, 1.5s teaspoon salt, 1.5 tablespoons sugar, 240 gr white flour, 105 gr wholemeal flour, 105 gr rye flour, 30 g fine bran, 2.5 teaspoons dried yeast, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, black flax seeds (omega 3 anybody?).
