Our host, Mr Caleta prepared us a superb Dalmatian style grilled fish. I can’t even try to describe the taste, local olive oil; fresh rosemary leaves and the rest are secret ingredients. With the traditional herb based alcoholic drink and a very strong and pleasant red wine (also homemade).
