Western Plantain-eater (Crinifer piscator)

My first sighting of this bird was a pair of them in Hann Park, at treetop, about 30 meters / 100 feet up. A true "what the heck is that" moment. The bird really does have hair like the mad scientist in Back to the Future, usually--not always--like here sticking up.
