Food at Mongolian BBQ buffet
Noodles with chicken and lamb, with an assortments of sauces and some wine. Each and every ingredient of your serving is chosen by you, and then cooked by a cook over a large round flat hot pan, moving the food around the pan in a circle as he cooked.
Tasty food. But strictly not for devout Hindus, Muslims and Jews. Even though I did see some Hindu joint family (couple, parents and all) enjoying their food there.
Service is very good and helpful. If you are new to the concept, the ever smiling owner will help you select the ingredients himself. Very popular joint.
I couldn't understand why this is called a barbeque though. Nothing is barbecued here. Just stir fried. Maybe there is something else on the menu that I haven't seen yet.
