A 7-layer bean dip: refried beans seasoned with taco seasonings, then sour cream (lite), 4 chopped roma tomatoes, one chopped avocado, a couple of handfuls of shredded cheese, chopped green onions, and topped off with a small can of sliced black olives. Yum.
