Fontaine à Antigua

    Newer Older

Antigua is one of the nicest American city. Amazing colors, great achitecture. It's one of the few spared colonial cities. (it's been almost totally destroyed few times due to earthquakes). It used to be the capital of Guatemala (and even a bigger spanish colonial empire before that) but it was decided to move the capital city to Guatemala City after a major quake destroyed the city,

Flickr has allowed me to do something I have wanted to do for about 10 years—put together the best photographs of Guatemala. I have made nine Flicker galleries each covering of different aspects of Guatemala, and have chosen your photo to represent one gallery. I have made links to the Flickr galleries from my website,www.artemaya.com, Best Photos of Guatemala and you can see how I have used your photograph. I hope you will be pleased with my use of it. The around 150 photographs I chose were selected from over 20,000 photographs of Guatemala that I reviewed on the Flickr website.

No problem. There are far better pictures than mines, but I always like this one too.
Feel free to give them some exposure. I have few other good ones that I like.
