"Two Are Halves of One" in Washington DC - 04

A painted aluminum sculpture © 2006 by Peter W. Michel - 9'-9" h x 3'-10" x 4'-2"

It is currently on view at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington DC.

The sculpture is a symbol of love and relationship -- celebrating the union of soul mates. It is also a visual comment on the balancing act that relationship can often be. The title is from a poem by e.e.cummings.
