Beef Wellington recipe

This is a variation on the traditional Beef Wellington.

1. You'll need beef bits, which has been lightly fired all over, flaky pastry (croissant pastry here). bacon and prunes.

2. Layer bacon strips and then prunes

3. Put the meat on and then covered in mustard (I think thats all it was)

4. Paint the edges of the pastry with egg white to act as a sort of glue.

5. Wrap up up the package and you can use the egg yokes to glaze the top.

6. Cook for 30-45 minutes and then server sliced hot. LECKER!
