Ostrich Steak

Ostrich Steak, marinated in :

2 T balsamic vinegar

1 T honey

1 TOlive oil

1 Tfresh chopped basil leaves

1/4 t mustardpowder

 

I didn't cook it properly. Always a problem when you use honey in the marinade. It will burn. I should have finished it off in the oven.

The sweet and sour taste of the marinade was okay though.
