Stamppot rauwe andijvie met taiwanese steak

Typical dutch endive-mash with roquefort and Ching's Taiwanese-style Pepper Steak with Egg, without the egg.

 

Squeeze 750 gram boiled potatoes with enough milk to make a nice mash. Add salt or chickensouppowder to taste. (normally you also add enough pepper, but that's not neccesary if you have this taiwanese steak) Add 400 gram endive and stir as quickly as you can into the mash. Add 2 tbsp rice vineagar. Add little cubes of roquefort with just a little stirring so you have little, soft roquefortbombs in your mash.
