Tandoori Chicken

Marinate for a couple of hours some chicken in a mixture of :

2 dl yoghurt

2 cloves garlic, grated

2,5 cm ginger, grated

1 t salt

2 t corianderseeds, grounded

2 T lemonjuice (=1/2 lemon)

2 T rice wine vinegar

1 t cumin seeds, grounded

1/2 t cayennepepper

1 t kurkuma

 

Then grill in the grill-pan, on the bbq or under a grill.

(I used a grillpan, washing it half way through, when the marinade was sticking and burning, then finished the grilling. )

 

Serve with fried/steamed rice and simply boiled spinache. Add some fresh fat yoghurt on the side.
