Grilled Vegetable Salad with Balsamic Dressing
Roasted vegetable Salad with balsamic dressing
Grill some:
aubergine
courgette
red bellpepper
green bellpepper
tomato
Transfer to a bowl and add:
12 bocconcini (small mozzarella)
12 black olives
1 clove of garlic, chopped finely
1,5 T capers, rinsed
1 pinch of sugar
1,5 T balsamic vinegar
Serve hot, lukewarm or cold.
