Steamed Tiger Prawns with black bean dressing
Steamed prawns with a black-bean sauce. There was something not quite right, I think/hope it was the cheap prawns, not the recipe. It still was nice though! But I'll wait with writing down the recipe until it's sort of perfect. :-)
