Fresh Coconut

The hardest part was not draining or opening the coconut but to get the meat out. After that, the coconut-meat still had a thin layer of brown "skin". When you want to use it in a dish I expect you only want the white, but actually, it didn't bother me while just nibbling on the meat as a snack.
