Portobello with goats' cheese, bacon and thym
I first grilled the portobello mushrooms in my griddle-pan for about 8 minutes. Then fried the little pieces of smoked bacon until crisp. Filled the mushrooms with goatscheese, bacon, thym, salt and pepper. Store in fridge until needed. Put in hot oven for about 10 minutes until warm and melting.
