Smoked, then grilled rumpsteak, caesar salad and ovenroasted potatowedges.

 

Dressing of the vinaigrette: 50 ml archid oil, 30 gr ansjovis (half the little glass jar), 1 eggyolk, 1 t whole grain limburg mustard, 1 t white wine vinegar.
