Diner in Cochem (Friday, day 7)
Sekt (German Champagne) with wild strawberry-liqueur. Bread with ham/cheese-spread, fromage frais with chives (and pink peppercorns) and butter.
Amuse (left to right): curry something, potatosoup with croutons, pea-puree with a scallop and a little piece of salmon (and pink peppercorns).
I liked the simple potato-soup best.
