Inari-zushi
Inari-zushi (稲荷寿司, stuffed sushi). A pouch of fried tofu filled with just sushi rice. It is named after the Shinto god Inari, who is believed to have a fondness for fried tofu.
Actually, I thougth it was too much trouble, opening the fried tofu, boiling them in dashi, adding stuff and I don't know. I just didn't think it was worth it. Not bad, just too much trouble with too little result.
