Beansprout Salad
Pour boiling water over beansprouts, then rinse with cold water.
Dressing:
1 T rice vinegar
2 T light soy sauce
2 t sesame oil
1 t brown sugar
4 T chopped coriander leaves
2 spring onions, chopped
1 red chile, chopped
1 T fishsauce
1 T sichuan chili oil
