Tong Ho & Bacon Omelet
Panfry some bacon/lardons, drain and set aside.
Mix in a bowl
3 eggs
2 T shaoxing ricewine
2 or 3 handfulls of Tong Ho (cut into strips)
salt/pepper
Panfry some chopped garlic, then add the egg-tongho-mixture and the bacon. Bake like an omelet. When the bottom was set, I folded the omelet (so you have a half moon shape), added a lit waited until the middle was set too.
Not bad at all. :-)
Nice with thai sweet chilisauce.
