Vegetarian Fried Chicken Steak
The texture of the mock chicken was pretty close to real chicken, the taste however was of wet cardboard. The breadcrumbs and seasoning was okay, but even with a lot of sweet chilisauce I didn't like it. Why would you want to eat that? There are so many tofu-dishes that taste great.
Does anybody know a brand mock chicken that is tasty?
