Grilled Courgette

The Turkish vegetable stall around the corner sells these beautiful light green courgettes. They are just perfect. I slice them and then pour 1 tablespoon of oil into my hands and rub the slices. Sprinkle with (sea)salt and grill them for about 5 minutes. Really, you don't need to do anything else, they are just perfect the way they are.
