Prawn Cocktail with Mary Rose Sauce

I'm a sucker for prawn cocktail. Especially with avocado. Just love it.

 

For the mary rose sauce:

Whipped cream or creme fraiche with mayonaise (50:50) add some tomatoketchup until you like the colour. Then add a splash of whiskey, a few drops of worcestersauce, tabasco, lemonjuice and some salt, pepper to your taste.
