Miso Soup

Make 4 dl of dashi.

Take 3 T of miso shiro-miso in a little bowl, add some water, stir to make it thinner, then add 2/3 to the dashi. Taste it and add more until you like it. You can add silken tofu and vegetables, but I already liked it this basic.
