"Chewing Gum" Pasta
Pasta, with mozzarella and simple tomatosauce.
Slowly saute some onion with some thym in about 7 minutes.
Add some garlic, saute for another minute.
Add white wine, reduce the wine.
Add a can of tomatoes. Salt/pepper or chickenstockpowder.
When ready to serve, I added some cream (because I had some leftover cream) and 1 or 2 balls of mozzarella chopped/teared in pieces.
Finish with lots of fresh basil. And more parmesan if you like.
Serve on pasta.
Then a note, just for me, it's not in the photo, but I don't want to forget the pimped "tartaartjes" I made with it. I took 200g of minced beef/steak, added an eggyolk, salt, pepper, worcestersauce, fresh basil, chopped red onion, garlic, spring onion, pinch of cayenne and 3 green beans cut in little pieces. Should do this more often.
