Homemade Sushi
First time I made sushi tamago (the one with the omelet) and I was quite pleased with the result, even though I rolled it the wrong way first, haha, so stupid. And even though I only found out later that I should have pressed it while cooling down, tastewise it was okay and I think it looked recognizable enough too!
And of course I also made my all time favourite sushi: kappamaki. (just cucumber and wasabi)
And I had some trimmings from the tuna steak and rolled that with avocado and sesame seeds. But still, my favourite remains just cucumber!
