Caesar Salad

Turkish lettuce (which is very similar to Romaine lettuce), croutons, Parmesan and a dressing of

 

1 eggyolk

50 ml archide oil

30 gr anchovies

0.5 t whole grain mustard (limburgse)

salt & pepper

 

The recipe asked for olive oil and Dijon mustard, of course. Did that and hated it. It turned out bitter and yuk. So I started again and made it with arachis/peanut oil and my favorite whole grain mustard. The result was yummie.
