Soy Sauce Chicken

Supereasy way to make the most succulent chicken. First you poach it in a "mastersauce" of soy sauce, rice wine and other chinese ingredients. Then you finish it off in the oven to get a crispy skin.

Serve with rice and Warm Bok Choy Salad.
