Cashew Butter (Step 6)
Cashew butter on apple.
Again, much better with sugar. :-)
Roast some cashews in a 160C oven for about 10 minutes
Transfer to food processoer with 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Blend, blend, blend. It will take a while.
Adding sugar is a good idea.
Maybe a bit of peanutoil or even water to make it smoother?
Serve on bread or with an apple.
