Orange Glazed Carrots

Slowly sautee/stirfry 450 gr of carrots in 1 or 2 T butter for about 4 minutes

Then add the juice of 2 oranges, 1 T sugar and 1 T of madeira.

Put on high heat and let the liquid vapourize. This will take about a 8 minutes?

 

Serve with fresh flat parsley.
