Sichuan Style Aubergine

The best.

Because it was served in this clay pot it stayed steaming hot after we finished everything else. It was very, very good. The Eggplant was soo soft, it was spicy, but not too spicy. There was mushroom and mustardgreen (?). Just delicious. I personally made sure there was nothing left!
