Loin of Venison
Loin of venison with a chanterelle-sauce. The loin was prepared well. Nice and pink inside. The sauce was strong. But not bad either.
Behind the purple salad leaf was some sauerkraut with cream. Which tasted exactly like sauerkraut with cream. The mashed potatoes had a huge amount of netmug. Too much.
