Sirloin of Veal

Sirloin of veal with roasted peppers, anchovies and sage.

It was probably exactly what it should be, but I didn't like it.

The "tangy" taste of the roasted bell peppers with the delicate taste of veal, I think it's a stupid combination. And classical for my dislike of the italian cuisine.
