Fish Curry
Yellow curry paste with pangasius fishfillet, green banana, green papaya, some long green beans and thai basil.
I thougt it was all over the place. It wasn't bad, but it could/should be so much better.
I'll try one more time. If it doesn't work the third time I will scratch it out of the book.
