Roast Beef with horseradishsauce, haricot verts and mushrooms
There wasn't room for the ovenroasted potatoes and the slowcooked pears on the plate.
And I have to remember to never ever again put a raw piece of meat in the oven without baking it first. No matter what the package says. I didn't like the look of it, too grey. And it was overdone. Next time I will panfry it for sure.
