Dok Kachorn or Cowslip Creeper Stirfry

Dok Kachorng or Cowslip Creeper Flower Stirfry (Dok Khajon Pad Prik)

 

2 chopped cloves of garlics

1 red chili, chopped

200 gr minced pork

1,5 T fish sauce

1,5 T light soy sauce

1,5 t sugar

1 bag of Dok Khajon (I seperated the flowers)

 

1. Stir fry garlic and chili until fragrant.

2. Add minced pork, fish sauce, soy sauce and sugar then stir fry until it mixs well.

3. Add Dok Khajon and rapidly stir fry for a while then turn off the fire.

It's easy cooked so you need to be careful.
