Strawberries & Goat Cheese Salade
Marinate some strawberries in 4 T (white) balsamic vinegar, 1 T honey and some fresh basil.
Later, drain and make dressing with the marinade and some olive oil, 1 t mustard and grounded pepper.
I used some turkish lettuce. (which I think is the same as what we call in dutch "bindsla")
