Chicken & Chinese cabbage Salade

Chicken (poach it, bang it, shred it) with chinese cabbage, red paprika and lots of mint.

Dressing of juice of 1 lemon, 2 T palmsugar, 3 T fishsauce and 2 chopped chilipeppers.
