Homemade Ginger Lemongrass Liqueur

I don't know what the english normally use to make their own liqueur. Google says vodka. In the Netherlands we use "brandenwijn".

I've added quite a lot of cane suger, fresh young ginger and some lemongrass.

Waited for half a year and was really surpised on the result. It was a really sweet, fresh liqueur. Nice enough to drink straight, but the purpose was to create a superspecial Kir Royal
