Diptera (flies)

Welcome to BRITISH FLIES ON FLICKR - a large and ever-growing collection of British flies arranged by family. Use this resource alongside existing literature or other resources provided by the Dipterists Forum www.dipterists.org.uk/ or the individual recording schemes associated within this. The collection here will serve as a virtual museum collection (oftne featuring some of the best specimens available), and as a useful collation of reliably-identified photos of living flies.
