St. Patrick's Day to Everyone!

Cook noodles and peas in boiling water. Saute head of garlic in TBSP olive oil, add diced green pepper, 2 stalks diced celery and saute until done but still crisp. Drain noodles and peas. Toss into second mixture. Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan.
