Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Before we set off on our cold, rainy Seattle visit, I put our late night dinner in the crockpot.

Recipe:

Lay in 2lb boneless Pork Loin. Cover with one onion and one red pepper sliced thinly. Mix in bowl: 2 cups barbecue sauce of your choice, 2 TBSP A-1 Sauce, 3 (or less) TBSP chili powder, 1 TBSP paprika and then spoon over all items in the crockpot. Cook on low 8-10 hours. When done, pull apart the pork loin with two forks until shredded.

 

We used ours over hamburg buns. Tortillas would be just as good or even a heftier roll. Very good and would definitely feed a crowd. Q and I barely made a dent with our four sandwiches.
