My Plate of Chicken Yakisoba

For dinner tonight I made Chicken Yakisoba. I had found Yakisoba noodles with a seasoning packet at Uwajimaya. After picking up the ingredients, I was ready. In one pan, I stir-fried the chicken, then removed it when done and stir-fried the vegetables. In the other pan, I quick heated the noodles in olive oil and then added a cup of water to soften and separate. Once done, the seasoning packet was added, and both pans were combined. Yummy!
