"The flowers are fragrant, large and stunning. The huge pods are football shaped and can reach 30cm in length. Tightly packed nuts inside enlarge until the pods burst when ripe. They are edible raw, tasting somewhat like peanuts, roasted, boiled or fried they taste more like chestnuts."
